Applied Synthetic Biology in Europe VII

We cordially invite you to the seventh edition of the Applied Synthetic Biology in Europe Conference (ASBE7), organised by the Bioengineering & Bioprocessing and the Microbial Biotechnology Divisions of the European Federation of Biotechnology (EFB). The event, under the auspices of the Dean of the Faculty of Science, Prof. Tomáš Kašparovský, and the Mayor of the city of Brno, Dr. Markéta Vaňková, will take place from 6 to 8 November 2024 in Brno.

The meeting will bring together key partners from academia, industry and other sectors interested in using synthetic biology and applied microbiology to address global challenges. The format is designed to combine international talks by renowned scientists with shorter presentations by early career researchers.

Another important mission of ASBE 7 is to bring together scientists from established and emerging synthetic biology communities across Europe to share their experiences in developing this exciting scientific field. All this will take place in Brno, the city of Gregor Mendel, in the beautiful venue of the Brno Observatory and Planetarium. We look forward to welcoming you to ASBE VII in November 2024. Registration for passive participants is still open!
