 e visit is a key part of the National evaluation of higher education insti
 tutions in the Czech Republic. During the visit\, the international evalua
 tion panel meets with the university\, academics\, and students to discuss
  research in person\, providing insights that go beyond the self-evaluatio
 n reports. The evaluation itself is organised by the Council for Research\
 , Development and Innovation and the Ministry of Education\, Youth and Spo
 rts. It is conducted in five modules: Modules 1 and 2 focus on bibliometri
 cs and are assessed annually\, while Modules M3-M5\, which include an on-s
 ite visit\, are assessed every five years as part of a full evaluation.</s
